What You'll Do

  • Display a high level of professionalism and multi-tasking between answering phones, greeting customers as they arrive, and assisting management with various clerical duties
  • Respond quickly to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain an efficient filing system to ensure efficiency for updating and retrieving files
  • Interact with customers to identify their individual needs
  • Generate sales appointments utilizing of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Provide general support to the dealership and assist customers with 100% satisfaction
  • Always display a friendly, helpful, and motivated attitude

Meet Dominique!

Dominique started with Chapman as a service greeter straight out of high school. But it was her willingness to “fill the gaps as needed” that led to her becoming a service advisor, then Internals PDI administrator, Lot Manager, and finally to her current role as the Employee & Community Engagement Director, a position she has enjoyed since 2020.
